Training Cost Recovery

Where Heartfelt Care Services Limited pays for training courses, certificates, practical sessions, or related training costs for a Worker, the Company may recover some or all of those costs if the Worker leaves, withdraws, refuses suitable work without reasonable cause, or fails to complete sufficient work after the training has been provided.

Repayment will be based on the number of hours worked after the training date, as follows:

  • 0 hours worked or failure to start work: 100% repayable

  • Less than 80 hours worked: 100% repayable

  • 80 to 160 hours worked: 50% repayable

  • 161 to 240 hours worked: 25% repayable

  • More than 240 hours worked: no repayment due

Any repayment or deduction will only apply where this has been agreed in writing before the training is arranged, and any deduction from wages or final pay will only be made to the extent permitted by the Worker's contract and applicable UK law.

Daca vrei varianta mai blanda, in engleza este asa:

  • Less than 100 hours worked: 100% repayable

  • 100 to 200 hours worked: 50% repayable

  • 200 to 300 hours worked: 25% repayable

  • More than 300 hours worked: no repayment due
