The DBS check currently costs approximately £65.20. Candidates are normally responsible for paying their DBS check and any required training or certificate costs at the beginning of the recruitment process.
Heartfelt Care Services Limited may reimburse approved DBS and training/certificate costs gradually after the candidate has started work and completed 300 working hours with the agency.
Reimbursement is not automatic. All costs must be approved by HCSL in writing before they are incurred. The candidate must remain active, responsive, and available for work during the recruitment and work process.
Training access, certificates, practical sessions, DBS checks, postage, travel, or any additional costs are only covered or reimbursed where this has been agreed in writing by HCSL.
Completing the recruitment process does not guarantee immediate work. Shifts are offered depending on client demand, suitability, availability, and completion of all required checks.
Where training is required by HCSL after a candidate has been accepted as a worker or employee, training time will be handled in line with UK National Minimum Wage rules.
